In 2023, I led the rebuilding of the Bitcoin Well website from scratch. My responsibilities began with subcontracting architecture and CMS implementation, overseeing the subcontractor team, and collaborating with our in-house marketing experts to create a user-centric design.

The primary goal was to make Bitcoin more accessible. To achieve this, I drew inspiration from banking websites to ensure a familiar and intuitive experience. After the successful handoff, I continued to maintain and program the website to ensure its ongoing functionality and security.

In summary, this portfolio highlights my role in transforming the Bitcoin Well website to enhance accessibility, simplify Bitcoin, and deliver an approachable user experience, from initial design to ongoing maintenance.
